The opportunity

Join Manheim, part of Cox Automotive, and train to become a future auctioneer while building hands-on sales and customer experience skills in a fast-paced, on-site role.

You’ll work at the heart of our auctions - supporting vendors, coordinating sales, and learning from experienced auctioneers through our Manheim Auction School.

What you’ll be doing

• Support on-site and online vehicle auctions
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Assist with vehicle valuations and sales referrals
• Deliver standout customer service in a live auction environment
• Report on sales activity and performance

This role is for you if you:

• Genuinely love cars and the automotive industry
• Want a pathway to become an auctioneer
• Enjoy sales, people interaction and fast-moving environments
• Are confident communicating and negotiating
• Are keen to learn, train and build a long-term career

No auction experience needed - we’ll train you.
